Welcome to DeFlow

Institutional product documentation for DeFlow digital-asset deal coordination, escrow settlement, Syndicates, rewards, partners, and risk controls.

DeFlow is a digital-asset deal coordination and settlement platform for bilateral OTC transactions and multi-investor Syndicates. It combines structured off-chain workflows with deterministic smart-contract escrow, identity and wallet readiness controls, fee and reward systems, and verifiable on-chain outcomes.

DeFlow is currently in private beta on Ethereum Sepolia. Availability labels identify the release state of each capability; environment-specific warnings remain visible wherever an action involves a wallet or asset.

Syndicate raises

Invited validation flow; implemented with FIFO allocation and one Sepolia escrow per approved investor. End-to-end validation is pending.

Team desks and invitations

Default desks, members, roles, invitations and activity records are implemented for beta coordination.

Dashboard and deal analytics

Beta deal, volume and activity summaries are available; some telemetry remains simplified and is not a financial statement.

VIP progression and referrals

Cash withdrawal flows use TestUSDC.

Partner programme

Access and benefits are subject to onboarding and product readiness.

Pro-rata syndicate allocation

The beta uses FIFO; proportional oversubscription is not implemented.

Pooled syndicate escrow

The beta deploys one escrow per approved allocation; the pooled contract and on-chain SyndicateController are not implemented.

Institutional KYB tiers

Individual sandbox verification is available; L2/L3 institutional onboarding is not launched.
